Where do I even start! FirstMark along with Amanda Shea Higginbotham have been taking care of all my insurance needs for years and years and every time I’ve gotten to renewal time they she shops rates for me to see if my current insurance is still the best option or if there is potential better options and what requirements come with certain perks. Anytime I’ve had to change my address, bought a new car, house, etc they get it changed and taken care of right away. I’ve recently added an umbrella policy after her recommendation to ensure I’m fully protected from potential lawsuits/damages if I were to get into a bad accident. The few times I’ve gotten into an accident she/they are a phone call away and walk me through every step to help me not stress as much! This year I went through a divorce and had a lot of changes with vehicles, houses, and having insurance with my ex wife that needed to get worked out and it was taken care of no problem. I have used Firstmark since end of 2020 when I bought my first house. I use them for all my cars as well. Rick Harrison was recommended to me and has always made sure I was taken care of.
