We switched to Firstmark insurance several years ago. Working with Rob Balderis and his team has been a very smooth transition. Everyone has been extremely responsive and communicative. We have better coverage on our home and vehicles, and with the addition of an umbrella policy, we are still saving thousands of dollars a year. I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out and contact someone to just simply get a quote so you can see how much you might be saving.

They’ve been solid from day one. They caught that I was overpaying on my small‑business policy and fixed it fast — good enough that I’ve already sent several friends their way. On the personal side, they found a couple of good companies for me. And really, no one could’ve predicted the insurance companies bailing out of WA. My experience with FirstMark working with Cary was excellent. I bought a Ford Transit van to convert into a camper van but my insurance company declined coverage because they said it was a work van. Cary was able to clarify the confusion and my coverage was reinstated. He handled it in a couple of days turning an unpleasant challenge into a minor nuisance. I'm glad I used FirstMark to handle it, they did a good job.

We had our previous insurance company for many years, however when we needed questions answered they never returned our calls. This continued to get worse. Usually we hook up with a particular insurance company way back when and as we add or change vehicles we call and add or change cars to an existing policy. Not always the best option. Usually because it's so easy it's our first choice. Please give FirstMark Insurance a call and the opportunity to research what they can offer you.
