Personal
I grew up in Gig Harbor, Washington. Went to Curtis High School in University Place, and graduated with a Business Degree from Seattle Pacific University in 2001. My precious bride, Renae, and I have three daughters who love playing club soccer and creating various forms of artwork. I’m crazy good at ping pong, love playing doubles beach volleyball, play guitar and piano in my spare time, and am growing my woodworking skills.

I’m trustworthy. I’m grateful for my 12 years owning an agency at Farmers Insurance, but ever since Dave Taylor and I started FirstMark in 2013, I’ve been so pleased to be able to give honest recommendations to my clients for what carrier they should have their insurance with, and not being restricted to just one carrier. My clients seem to enjoy the way I turn the ‘complex’ into ‘simple’, and how they quickly trust my advice and don’t feel I’m ‘selling’ them anything, but rather educating them as to the exposures in their world and arming them with choices to keep risk or transfer it.
