Firstmark - notably Andrew Cowan and his team - have been excellent to work. They are, by far, my favorite agent of any type. They are immediately responsive, extremely knowledgeable, happy to explore alternatives, and return competitive options. Andrew knows the insurance business inside and out and has always been available to provide consultation and insight on insurance related matters, including when it wasn’t really his problem to solve he has still been there for me anyway. I refer him and his team to everyone I know is looking for insurance.

So far so good! We swapped insurance with the First Mark Challenge and are saving about $3k a year. We reviewed last year and they were honest and said it didn't make sense to switch. But did another review this year with another teen on our plan and saved. The process was very simple.

For the second year in a row I received my insurance renewal with a significant increase. My then broker didn't even call me to discuss alternatives.
